Privacy and Security Policy
The student may book sessions with any number of teachers they wish.
The student may not book more than 4 sessions with the same teacher on the same day.
Sessions can be conducted via mobile phone, tablet, or laptop.
Sessions are conducted through the Zoom application. The student must download the application and have a working account before the first session.
The student may book any session up to two hours before its scheduled time, but not less than that.
The student may cancel any session at least two hours before the scheduled time. If the session is canceled less than two hours before the scheduled time, it will be considered forfeited and is non-refundable.
The student must ensure they have a good internet connection and a properly functioning microphone before starting any session.
If the student is more than 15 minutes late, the session will automatically end, and the student will not be able to attend. The session fee will not be refunded.
Please ensure you are in a quiet place and refrain from eating during the session to gain maximum benefit.
Please refrain from discussing controversial topics such as political or religious issues, and avoid attacking others with inappropriate language or behavior that is religiously or socially unacceptable. In such cases, your membership will be terminated without any refund.
Maintain the confidentiality of personal information and refrain from asking the teacher for their private contact details, as this is strictly prohibited
(mobile number – email address – social media accounts – etc.).
The teacher is permitted to be late for a maximum of 5 minutes. If the delay exceeds 5 minutes, the session will be canceled and returned to the student’s unscheduled session balance.
If you are not satisfied with a particular session, please contact the technical support department and the session fee will be refunded.
The validity period of the subscription depends on the type of package purchased.
